Our athletic sports training and development
program has a two-fold priority:
- First, develop an athlete's physical and mental skills, especially their basic movement skills and teach them how to reduce or prevent injury,
- Second, development of the athlete's of sport-specific skills to enable the athlete to play for sports teams.
